Art - not a conspiracy. Megas just seems to be determined that NO SHARES have legally traded since 2001, and no change of ownership of shares occured since them.

Thats bogus and I don't buy it.

Look at the chart - trading DID occur since that time, especially around the $2.00 level. But the ownership never changes.
