i honestly do not know how that statement you made can
get overlooked so easily...all share certificates that are issued
are than sent to the transfer agent to clear..no shares can be traded until these certicates are than returned to the brokerage firm as cleared..
i am lost on how this part of the equation did not happen...
man i have some more questions in reference to all of this to ask myself tomorrow..

did somehow some new transfer agent show up on this stock,or maybe pino thinking he had bought the shell hired his own transfer agent...possible..
