Remember the rig is due to be on site this week. When they start drilling this price is going up fast. If you want these good prices you need to get in now.

Grid already started solving the delay problems which wasn't their fault to start with. Give them a chance, they're working it out as we speak. Once they start drilling it's only a matter of days on these shallow wells before they have oil and on to the next well. They can be drilled in a week to 10 days.
