I will google it but if your description is correct, if it cost $11 for 1/1000 of a PS then it cost $11,000 for one preferred share which would give them 1000 additional shares. Furthermore, if the offer was $11 for a common share wouldn't 1000 times that be $11,000 or break even for the cost of the PS?
