Let me assist. When I asked my broker to send a letter saying I was a shareholder or provide proof that shares had been bought with my money, they could not nor would they.

To this day they can not provide me with certs and continue to lie about where they are.

The MM took the money and never provided the shares.

I am forcing the issue with them.

So I never actually bought shares that had been put into the market by the company.

I have contacted the companies representatives for assistance to force the brokers to make this right.

So being proactive and concerned about what has happened in my case might differentiate myself from those who don't care or actually those who shorted or NSS.
