Am I mistaken to say that WEST is showing bearish tendencies now??? the daily and hourly seem to be moving downward towards OVERSOLD...don't know how to interpret the different charts and of course I missed the drop to 0.262, bought in at 0.30 and find myself yet again down...don't know where this is going... frustrated... please shed some light on this.
