Steve: One more email... PunchTV transaction aside, are you saying ICPA is not presently being diluted? These large ASK blocks day in and day out seem to indicate dilution. Investors need confirmation. Who else would be selling millions of shares? NSS is the only alternative, and it seems unlikely NSS is keeping ICPA down for a week now considering the news.

The company could only issue restricted shares. Those can't be sold for a year. We have issue share to buy Punch assets. There is nothing we are doing that is putting shares in hands that are being sold.

Thanks for the clarification... Is ICPA in, and of self, selling shares right now? Millions on the ask day in/out.
