companies that blame shorts while issuing millions of shares are by definition scams imo. Originally the chart looked horrid on this and it never cleaned up and the more i researched the more it screamed of fraud. The short PR and the share issuance certified these original assumptions. I still believe the books are cooked on this but who knows. Regardless the company does not care about the common and will just issue more stock to cover negative cashflow.
