Hard to get info on a private Co, their usual mo is to start a conversation with another Co and get a quote from another CEO but the deal never happens. They were gonna do a deal in SA which did not pan out so what do they do, they do a partnership with their partner which is laughable to say the least.Regardless of the Q, all including myself should feel foolish buying this stk now that we know they waited until the stk was at a low to settle debts. Why would any Co do that resulting in 2 to 3 times more dilution; the only possible answer is that they are taking care of friends at the shareholders' expense as many were hitting the ask to support the stk..
