Couterfeiting market makers rarely if ever cover their positions. Often they create so much inventory, it is virtually impossible for them to go in tot he market to "buy" and close their markers, without paying excessively more than they "pocketed" illegally selling the markers in the first place.

No, they hope for revocation. That way, squeezes are taken out of the equation, and all they have to worry about is how quickly the retail brokers can convince shareholders to take 100% write-offs. It doesn't hurt when a write-off campaign is backed by an endless distort.

BCIT is one example of a stock, on the OTC, that was targeted by illegal counterfeiting of electronic equity.
