Now that the .04 gap is filled and

the company finally knows the importance of more professional press releases, I think we are on track to rise to the fundamental asset value per share. I previously estimated in posts over a week ago a .117 pps without trying to give full value to the natural resources that they own. DD leads me to believe that PBLS' assets are now worth .18 pps after Katrina. This includes the estimated value of the oil properties that they are purchasing and a liberal increase in the mine values + the increased earings potential in transporting much of the material.

Given the nature of the basic materials industry where PBLS' primary divisions are positioned , I would only assign a growth multiple of 10X to the .18 and the result is $1.80 pps.

T/A leads me to believe that the next break out point (resistance) is .0813. The next major target after that is in the .12 range. Finally .48 is the final target for Wave 1 of 5 on this march to $1.80. Wave 3 of 5 will actually be more exciting than the first 2 weeks of September IF that can be imagined.

VABcowboy has spoken with the company and he expects another PR on Monday. I hope it no only addresses the O&G situation, but I have e-mailed the company asking for PR information on trucking and material CONTRACTS with all relevant details. I do not care if their big contracts are with FEMA (if even possible) or with FEMA's primary contractors. Either way, the geography and politics require purchase of PBLS material and, hopefully, PBLS trucks and O/O contracted trucks to move the material and then pick, haul and dump trash on the way back to the mine. I have also asked the company to address publicly in a PR the efforts to increase the production capacity of the mines and any ways to make the mining more profitable. I hope that they are focused on such "business sense" issues after pulling their lives and business back together after the worst natural mess in the last 100 years.
