Facts be facts -

None of those people got money, they got shares. With the lack of liquidity we see in this stock I very much doubt that any of those shares went very far... Maybe to family, relatives or other closely held sales at most.

I thought both Wallace and MacLeod filed suits for defamation and GOSY counter sued.

But at least we agree that despite having no money for a lawyer in DE, he had money for uncle paul, clark, jimenez and to hire a lawyer to sue Wallace and countersue Mac.
