I'm not sure whether that's blossom end rot or not. I'm inclined to think not. I've had the same problem with a few of my peppas, too, though the bad parts aren't as extensive. Since I've used the same soil in my containers for years, I'm inclined to think it's somehow weather-related.

You can still eat the good parts.
