Imaging Diagnostic Enters Into Distribution Agreement With Shimadzu Medical For CTLM Laser Breast Imaging Device Published: May 14 2012 Deal Summary
Imaging Diagnostic Systems, Inc. (IDSI), a medical technology company, entered into a distribution agreement with Shimadzu Medical Systems (Oceania) Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Shimadzu Corporation, to market and sell its computed tomography laser mammography (CTLM) system. Under the agreement, Shimadzu Medical will market and sell IDSI's computed tomography laser mammography system in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. This agreement enables Shimadzu Medical to expand its product portfolio and enhance its business.
