Not an existing JV, just the possibility of a major firm like NVS, signing up to fund one of the coming CYTR Phase III drug trials in the pipeline in return for future rights to the drug. If we should get a surprise JV PR like that, the stock would gap way up with no warning (only reason I see to risk being long right now).
