Expounding on Porgie's point, I am not necessarily recommending eliminating sticky posts, but since we have a more arbitrary policy of who can manage sticky posts, because of the removal of "Head" Moderators, who has the ultimate authority? I recommend a seniority system which can be supervised by admin. Since we now have moderators with completely divergent views, there has to be a top cop. Or didn't you guys think of that? Wink.
