The SEC issued a 48 point letter outlining concerns. Tara Gold must address any of those concerns that are questioned by FINRA and MM's.

Rich holds about 12,000,000 shares of TRGD. I think he would want them to be able to trade!

I am not aware of the content of the SEC concerns but I believe Tara Gold is addressing them.

Each of us must draw our own conclusions about any issues we have with TRGD.
