Snow, I doubt that they have exclusive rights
to the Laipac product. They seem to have
exclusive rights in the U.S. and Canada to
the "C Trac GPS Personal Locator" brand
of the product from Mobile GPS Technologies
(Automotive Security Plus).

I don't know if the C Trac GPS Personal
Locator is customized in a way that makes
it significantly different than the standard
Laipac product. If it is or if NAUG has
exclusive rights to the Laipac product,
then that would be significant.
