he would have a cfo who would clue him in to the advantages and disadvantages of doing certain things...maybe he would have a coo who would make a lot of the day to day decisions...maybe he would have a person in charge of marketing and sales who would make a lot of decisions...etc...
He has nothing for a CFO to do. Right now the scientists tell Kim what they need and Kim buys it. Right? Kim does nothing to make silkworms he just buys stuff. So if he needs money he gets it with company shares. I guess we could just dilute a little more so we can have a CFO to call CSC and sell shares. That would give Kim more time to do the "nothing" he does.
Since we just started any kind of operations we need a COO just a bit more then a CFO. I wouldn't mind getting rid of the students that must be helping for free now, and paying a person a few million shares worth of dilution to point and say go. After all students are always trying to learn and we shouldnt let our secrets out in the hands of beginners. Not to mention any grad student should be paying Kim for the education
i have heard it mentioned that he needs a pr guy and a salesman...if kblb is anywhere near where people think they are, then a cfo could come soon after the others...i count that as 3 people
So now with the addition of 3 people you think Kim is just going to toss away control and let a PR guy and a salesman change the direction of the company until a CFO shows up?
i feel a lot more comfortable tho with a ceo who has a track record of accomplishments
What are you doing in the OTC then? You want track record look $5 or more stocks. Kim is in the process of building accomplishments right now so we call it a "start up"

You must think that making the worlds first man made spidersilk from a worm using cross species gene splicing 20 or 30 times is "nothing". But then of course it was not Kim that did it. It was those scientists that keep giving Kim the credit because they are so modest.
