Maybe I know someone,who knows someone, that knows someone on the other side of the coin from Baltia. Maybe I have heard some stories about Baltia that would make your head spin. Maybe, just maybe, a certain gov't agency is not fully to blame for all of this waiting...

of course, everything is just....heresay

...and please...invest accordingly...until the FAA actually approves the manuals...its best not get too caught up with when, but more importantly....if.....
