If you have an idea, and make a company, you could grant yourself whatever number of shares you like to support whatever income you want. You do not have to means test other CEO's or lawyers incomes. If it is your baby, do what you want with it. They are his shares and he is not diluting mine. He brings home commercialization, it is water under the bridge, that he built. I don't see anyone saying it is a small amount...I think we all know it is a good chunk of change. If I have a problem with it then I am gone. Does Kim give to charity?
