But again, I heard that all of last year (not just from you). It didn't happen then, and we're already half-way through this year, and 6 months late from Kim's own expectations of commercialization.

Sounds like it is time. I said almost a year ago to add 6 months from what CEO's say. I add time to what investors think too. If they think a deal will happen in April, then look for October/November time frame. Bottomline you are misinterpreting what Red said. The company gets more valuable with each development. That is a true statement in and of itself. You are gauging value by share price. Value increases can also be judged by market capitalization and by developments themselves. Some people get tired of the truth, but that takes nothing away from the truth. It is a better time to buy than we have seen for quite a while. You have to look at CEO history to determine which ones to apply the 6 month rule, but generally it is a rule of thumb. Few actually under promise. (I don't mean promise literally, but as used in the phrase under promise over deliver) So value may or may not be reflected in the price of a stock....and Warren Buffet will tell you the same thing. It is basic stuff and certainly should not be synonymously mischaracterized/linked with share price.
