who holds shares of the stock
with this status.

Sometimes however,
this is the symbol you can use to make $Money.

Example: SBRH

SBRH was added to this

on July 17th.

SBRH was trading at 0.0002 on July 16th,
the day before the July 17th announcement.

On July 18th, SBRH surged to 0.0012

> Being added to this list,
creates a huge amount of Bearishness,
which tips the scale strongly in the Bearish direction,
causing traders to Sell,
and then what you have is other traders
taking advantage of the strong Bearishness,
going the opposite way,
by buying those shares,
and then what you have,
is a resulting "Short Squeeze",
as the "Shorts" try to cover their "Short positions"
by buying the shares at low prices before they go higher,
so they can return the ones they had borrowed,
when they shorted the stock,
causing the stock to jump dramatically !
> "Shorts" lose money when the stock goes up.
