completely agree, those 3 things came to my mind as well. CHRI-management should make an explcit statement about cancelling the transaction giving some clear reasons to bolster confidence of the shareholder.
Antoher thing in the new PR: first time they mentioned strategic alliances instead of M&A acitivites. That is the right way for CHRI. Don´t waste management and money on developing other firms, just make distribution or licence-agreements and concentrate on Greater China.

This should be made clear in a statement.
