SNTA

This phenomenon [progression event being new mets] has not been reported for docetaxel monotherapy.

1) I've seen no data, plus or minus, on the ratio of RECIST Progression triggered by new mets vs RECIST Progression triggered by growth of existing mets. It may be a while since I've looked (I looked back in the Provenge IMPACT era), but at the time there was precious little. What data have you seen, either in general or specific to Docetaxel in nsclc?

2) Am generally puzzled by your statement since it seems unlikley that virtually none of the progression in Docetaxel treated nsclc is driven by new mets. (e.g. Even if only 30% of progression is new mets in SOC, but it is less than 10% for Ganetespib that is still interesting and meaningful data IMO given the number of progression events)

FWIW - more generally I am not sure what you are saying. ?
