It looks like this sale happened about 2 weeks ago.

Some things can't wait.

we just have to wait another month or two until my company goes commercial."

I hope not, but for all we know this could be a divorce settlement because Kim has been away on business and working long hours for too long.

Or maybe Kim's aunt Em needs that expensive operation?
Or he wanted to give a big donation to his favorite charity?
