TLR down 95% from five years ago???

Five years ago the price of an ounce of
gold was $750. Today gold closed a little
under $1600 an ounce. If the POG is up
over a 100% why is the share price of TLR
down an astounding 95% in the same period of time.

Looks like the shorts have been having a party here.

What has management been doing wrong,
besides apparently everything.
