This is in regards to an email I sent to Vipr yesterday after I could not make contact on the phone with them. Was really surprised to receive an answer to my question so quickly in my inbox from Mr. Ricco. (Well...actually he did not answer my question to the point as to when I will receive my certificates, but he did state they are still having DTC issues...which brings up another question for me... ( I thought Scottrade had their own clearing house...more D&D for me.)( I've x'ed out some of my personal information so my inbox does not get a bombardment of unwanted emails)

Please give us a few days to a week to sort out our DTC issue. Please send us more documentation related to your issue so I can look into it further.

Message: Requesting information as to when share certificates will be delivered to my account broker (Scottrade). I've noticed on my level II screen that the stock has been trading lately and also on I-Hub I've noticed that some investors have already received their shares since the implementation of the reverse split and restructuring of VIPR. I'm interested in adding more shares to my portfolio , but not until I can consolidate the new shares with my old shares. As of last week when I contacted Scottrade I was told the the new certificates have not been delivered yet. My account with Scottrade is still showing that I have xx,xxx,xxx shares before the reverse split. Any time frame that you can provide to me on this subject will be more than appreciated and any new upcoming PR or information as to the future of Vipr would also be appreciated.....Thank You.....Mr.xxxxx Land
