Reuters, citing Morningstar (LOL), says the companies with the most buyout vig are ALXN, BMRN, ONXX, REGN, SGEN, and VRTX (http://www.reuters.com/article/2012/07/18/us-dealtalk-biotech-idUSBRE86H0EY20120718 ).

Paradoxically, MNTA never makes any of these lists compiled by analysts because its enterprise value to too small.
