***XE, the short real estate fund looks good to me... we've got many homebuilders bucked against their 50 days here and putting up charts that might be H&S tops...
The combination of record outstanding debt, stricter bankruptcy laws, crazy weather, the Fed tightening, and rising gas prices, etc... and I think home speculation has had its run...
And clearly it was irrational and still is... but the crazy thing is it can still be more irrational... but this winter, we have energy and home heating costs to look forward too, I don't think that bodes too well for the housing bubble...
