Is it just me who think that Ganetespib works just like an anti-VEGFR TKI such as Sorafenib considering it works better in the K-ras mutation subset, the LDH subset which is tied to over-expression of VEGFR, and then finally but perhaps most interestingly - it doesn't work in the squamous subset- which all VEGFR TKI development programs have steered clear of. I sure hope it's not just another VEGFR TKI. Thanks for the interesting food for thought.
