Thanks for the elaborate response. It gives me a much better understanding. may the markets tank while you are in cash and bonds so you can forge ahead!!!

You had commented a few times about the low volatility. you are not alone in that as many on this thread have said the same thing. there is still plenty of opportunity for profits for those that trade shorter time horizons. I think i have proven that this year but am not suggesting you alter your trading in any way shape or form. I look forward to future updates on the risk levels.
