I'm really starting to hate this board.

It is not our job to contact Mark. If he's the largest shareholder, he should take and lead all action. This is a useless exercise.

Who can be sued? An attorney will be able to decide who we can go after. I guarantee we can go after these guys personally. There is no corporate veil. Let them decide if it's worth their time. Everything we state is a bunch of hypotheticals.

As for feeling sorry for MG? I lost all respect in you. This guy is a liar and a cheat. He misled all of us for over a year. I will make sure that every dime he earns goes to legal fees if he does not come forward and let us know the real story.
