I a not denying that there may be more shares hitting the market, BUT remember that the convertible debt offerings from early 2011 should now be mature. If so they should be or have been issued to the investors who bought into those offerings. I believe those to be the shares that are being sold, NOT NEW ONES BY WILLIAM OR THE COMPANY!!

Also remember that these investors are the reason why MMTE owns the assets to begin with. Where else did the company get the money to acquire the assets?
