Maybe you missed my point entirely... they have never said July 25, 2012 or any other date certain upon which Forfivo will be released. When they know that date, that is the news I think needs to be provided to shareholders in a PR. I think if you are trading on their projected but general release dates of "July" or "3Q" and then get upset that they push that deadline back, you are more or less looking for reasons to criticize the company when none exists.
When IGXT states a date certain as the date of release, I think you would have more to complain about. JIMHO.
Stock dilution, sure I don't want that either, but probable?
No, imho.
Corporate governance, also important, but those are only projected timeframes Spec...and no one guaranteed you a "quick buck" by August,imho...enjoy your summer.
