Already is in motion. Why else would JT put $500K of his own monies on the table. Why else would Elite make the comment in the official SEC 10-K. Watson/Actavis is just one possibility. There are other Pharmas interested. JT gave enough hints already. JT will not say anything more until a deal is completed.
