Carl has so much debt, not to mention equity in Celsius, he could probably double the O/S with dilution and still have majority control. SO it's not "his interests" that would be hurt.

I'm guessing that Tony Little isn't foolish enough to take some warrants at a premium price to help Celsius out, especially given Mario's screwing over.

Interesting that the company disclosed the terms for Mario, but not Little.
