Anyone have any dea what these little critters are? I think they're the reason my cucumber has died. I just noticed this huge swarm of them this evening. I thought the red stuff on top of the tomato cage was just rust...and today when I went out to cut off the dead stuff from the cuke...I looked at it real close and noticed it was moving. Then I noticed it wasn't just on the tomato cage but all over the stems of the cuke plant too.
