Yup and if this ends up showing that the purchase is done on preferred shares....I'm thinking somewhat equal to what Steve has... Good buy. At this point I just view the owner of punch merging and becoming part owner with Steve. Maybe I'm wrong in my thinking. Probably a bit too simple but we will see.
