Perhaps if they can crawl out of their enormous pile of lawsuits... they might be able to focus more on where their technology has fallen so short. Their name has already been dragged through the mud in the industry from a product standpoint... an ethical standpoint... and apparently they don't pick partners well either or they'd already have a foot in the door with ELTP.

Maybe ELTP will give them a second chance? Doubt it.
