The Gleasmans are declaring the contract null and void and CXO disutes it. The best thing to do is read the contract, it was in a SEC fililg in late 03 or early 04. it will be resolved in court as neiher side will budge. If you find the contract please post. The best news according to the 10Q is the most CXO is to receive is 8% of a deal, if it goes through.
