I don't see any bashing in relation to the 54 million shares.

I'm all for maintaining a positive attitude but I also do not want a board where valid questions are "brushed under the rug" or simply ignored.

Let us be positive, yes, but let us not be in La-La Land like everything is hunky dori no matter what.
