Funny how he's been on here for over a YEAR saying how easily Highline will lose this suit yet it goes on and on and on. PCW is paying massive lawyer fees just like Highline. Either they LOVE shelling out that cash to their high priced lawyers or they don't have a case and are just trying to run Highline out of cash,which isn't going to happen.

If you have an air tight case it doesn't take two YEARS to get it through the legal system. I've seen cases drag on where there was personal injury or death but this isn't one of those kind of cases.
