So maybe you missed it but the past years peter Hoffman has destroyed the pps with seven arts company stock. I believe it to be for personal gain and well if you look deep well you just might find the same. Investors know what a toxic investment this is. It's not going anywhere because of Peter and his pure daily dilution..... For years.

all in my opinion...but likely fact.
