If management already owned those unaccounted 54M, it would be a matter of record.

JR himself, update the SS on June 13th(?), and he clearly updated it accordingly. There are still 54M non-insider non-float shares, unless JR can specifically accounts another insider as owning those.

IMO, we would have known long ago, if another insider owned those shares.

Opinion perhaps, but one that comes with/from experience.
