Nuke John, Thanks and I've watched that video. I've had surgery called x-stop and have a implant in my spine. I'm just happy knowing any inflammation might be under control and the rest is up to me.

Lee Trevino another golfer had the same surgery and is doing great.

I used to eat a lot of natural foods until I learned that most people die of natural causes.
