Timing is everything in pennies. I doubt it's a scam as they are current. They state the share structure so people can decide what they want to do. I do appreciate the posts though. Got my eyes on this one even more now.

Never, invest with money you need to survive. Diversify, patience, set tight stops. $20 or less in commission fees is almost always cheaper than a 5-40%+ drop in share value.
