Good morning all. There seems to be some confusion about the naked shorting of ASYI and in genereal. When Brokers go to a MM to get their customers order filled and the MM has no shares available or not enough to fill the order, the MM has two choices.(A)Don't fill the order,or (B) Fill the the order with 'air' shares, creating a naked short position that has to be covered(supposedly within three days, but they can'wash'trade it back and forth indefinately until upward pressure forces them to cover)If the MM doesn't fill the order with air shares the Broker will get filled through another MM.Brokers will usually keep using the MM that last filled them,so it's in the best interest of the original MM to naked short and keep their Broker customer.Ostensibly naked shorting is allowed so the MM's can keep the market liquid, but as we know they have learned to abuse this privilege.Naked shorting appears on no short list but in pennyland it usually constitutes by far the biggest short position on any stock.Good news on theASYI,Kooltel R/M should create upward buying pressure forcing the MM's to cover and further accelerating the run.We could easily see pennies in a few days after news.JMHO.GO ASYI !!!!!
