The Company entered into a Promissory Note with Grand View Ventures. on February 16, 2012 in the amount of $190,000. The note has an
interest rate of 8% with the maturity date of February 16, 2013

We own an eighty percent (80%) interest in one property, the Chloride Copper Project, which may not have deposits of copper or other metals
that may be mined at a profit. Whether we will be able to mine this property at a profit, depends upon many factors

who holds the note you can default on a note and still own the property

note it does not say we kinda own 80% but WE OWN 80%
