SIRG has been building a new base in the .09 area and the volume remains low. VERT is not on the bid and there are no indications that shares are being dumped.

The key word is "can" and that is only if the notes were not retired or extended, something that is unknown. The FACT that they are not being sold indicates that they were paid off. Previously Asher cashed in those notes as soon as they could get their hands on them. Why haven't they sold them in the past two months???
